It is the sister room to The Ordinary Pub, which the same owners ran a few blocks west until its building failed in the fall of 2024. Husk Savannah is the Savannah room of the Charleston-born Neighborhood Dining Group, which also opened Marbled & Fin on East Oglethorpe in April 2026. The kitchen names its suppliers, including Tybee Oyster Company, Chatel Farms and Gannon Organics, and reprints its menu daily ... the files online on research day were dated October 4 and 5, 2026. The indoor rooms seat up to 200 and the patio seats 18.

Local 11ten

Local 11ten cooks Southern food in a restored 1950s-era bank a block south of Forsyth Park, using Georgia coast seafood and vegetables and herbs from Savannah-area farmers. Upstairs is Perch, its rooftop bar, open when the weather allows. Visit Savannah lists a private dining room for up to 40.

Marbled & Fin

Marbled & Fin opened on April 8, 2026 at the corner of Oglethorpe and Houston, the second room of a Charleston steakhouse from The Neighborhood Dining Group, which also runs Husk. Chef Jesse Kloskey's menu runs from Japanese and Australian Wagyu to a 28-ounce Porterhouse, with a raw bar and about a third of the menu given to seafood. The main dining room is upstairs with about 70 seats, there are two private rooms for 24 and 40, and The Savannahian reports the two-story building is fully ADA compliant with an elevator. There is no parking on site.

Molly McGuire's

An islands bar and grill that describes itself as 'a local favorite tucked away from the hustle and bustle on Wilmington Island.' Pier 16 is a family-owned seafood restaurant that opened in September 2020, one block from the beach. Visit Tybee describes two outdoor decks and a rooftop bar looking over Tybrisa Street, with cornhole and giant Jenga. The menu runs from Georgia shrimp and fresh fish to USDA Prime steak, and the listing says it serves in biodegradable cups, straws and to-go boxes.

Saint Bibiana

Saint Bibiana is the coastal Italian restaurant of Hotel Bardo, tucked inside the historic mansion that faces Forsyth Park from Drayton Street. Executive Chef Jim Anile's kitchen makes its pasta in house, and the restaurant runs a hands-on cooking school with pasta intensives. It serves breakfast on weekdays, brunch Friday through Sunday and dinner every night.

Stone & Webster Chophouse

The chophouse sits in the Power Plant Building at Plant Riverside District, with the original brickwork and vintage fixtures left in view. It runs ticketed dinners ... a Pappy Van Winkle dinner on October 15, 2026 and a Babylonstoren wine dinner on October 18. Savannah Magazine readers made it the 2026 runner-up for steak.

The Collins Quarter

The Darling Oyster Bar

The Darling came down from Charleston and opened on Franklin Square on November 5, 2025, in a historic building that had sat empty for years and needed a full rebuild. Savannah Agenda reports two floors with room for nearly 300, and a private dining room upstairs with its own kitchen and raw bar. Happy hour runs 4 to 6 every day with dollar oysters. Savannah Magazine readers made it the 2026 runner-up for oysters.

The Deck Beachbar and Kitchen

Tybee Island · seafood, tacos, hawaiian

The Deck sits on the sand side of Butler Avenue with a back deck over the beach ... its own site calls it Tybee's only beachfront restaurant. The menu draws on Australian, coastal Mexican and Hawaiian cooking, with fish tacos, fried shrimp platters and seafood bowls. It is a sister room to The Collins Quarter, Ukiyo, Fitzroy and Fishbar in Savannah. A cat named Marley lives outside and the site introduces him to guests. No reservations.

The Grey

Johno Morisano and chef Mashama Bailey built The Grey inside a 1938 art deco Greyhound bus terminal that they restored. Bailey won the James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef: Southeast in 2019, as the restaurant's own site records. Savannah Magazine readers named her Best Chef again in the 2026 Best of Savannah issue.

The Olde Pink House

Visit Savannah describes the building as a colonial mansion from the late 1700s that became Georgia's first bank in 1811 and a restaurant in 1971. Savannah Magazine readers voted its shrimp and grits the best in the city in 2026. Visit Savannah singles out the crispy scored flounder with apricot shallot sauce.

The Pirates' House

The restaurant stands on the Trustees' Garden, the ten acres General Oglethorpe set aside in 1733 as an experimental garden. Its Herb House dates to 1734 and is said to be the oldest standing building in Georgia; the inn for seafarers opened in 1753. Mary Hillyer restored the building in 1945, and Herbert Traub Jr. and James Casey opened it as a tea room in 1953. In the 1990s Ben Tucker and Emma Kelly ran the Hannah's East jazz club here.

The Vault Kitchen & Market

The Vault is set in a former neighborhood bank. The venue says the bank served Savannahians for over 50 years before the Rhino Hospitality Group turned it into an Asian fusion and sushi room. The old strongroom lends its name to The Vault Room, a private space for parties. Savannah Magazine readers voted it best Sushi and best Business Lunch in 2026.

Tortuga's Island Grille

Tortuga's has been family owned in Thunderbolt since 2008, on the Intracoastal Waterway. Its line is 'Southern Fare with a Caribbean Flare'. It serves dinner Wednesday through Saturday, lunch on Thursday and Friday and brunch on weekends, and has a banquet room for private parties.

Vic's on the River
